Colombia in Montréal
Montreal, from July 18th to the 26th — PAD System Technologies has welcomed M Marcos Jara and his team of CIDETEXCO, a development company in the sewn product and textile industry from Colombia. The meeting's goal was to create a partnership between PAD System Technology and CIDETEXCO, offering complementary services, in order to create a technology development project for the industry in Colombia.
In sight of a free trade agreement (TLC - Trato de Libre Comercio) between Colombia and the United States of America, the sewn product and textile industry of Colombia needs to generally improve their methods and production procedures. CIDETEXCO offers solutions to improve production process, marketing, also supports technical and technological development in its industry.
PAD System's mission is to help improve the productivity in the sewn product and textile industry. Different applications such as design, marking, visualizing and other computer aided manufacturing solutions, are available to reduce a large quantity of manual tasks. The union between efficient technology, modern and quick production management will ensure a part of the international market for the Colombian industry.
